He’s shipped it, scaled it, sold it, bought it back, put the thing down, flipped it and reversed it.

That’s the vibe.

Stephan builds things people feel. He co-founded Conductor and grew it into an enterprise SEO SaaS powerhouse - scaling a 65+ person SEO professional services team from scratch. After selling to WeWork, he helped buy it back and built its next valuation hit $525M.

From there, Stephan stepped into the CMO role at Turno, where he doubled customer acquisition and led a complete brand reset.

Now, he’s back in builder mode at VibeLogic - the digital marketing agency where vibe and logic meet to connect strategy with what people actually care about.

On stage, Stephan is all presence. He delivers actionable frameworks, hard truths, and just enough humor to land the lesson. His talks show audiences how to turn vision into traction, team into momentum, and search data into stories customers trust.
