
Jersey Mike’s, one of the nation’s fastest-growing sandwich franchises, partnered with us to support both national growth and local franchise success. With more than 1,300 locations across the U.S., the brand needed a digital strategy that could serve two objectives: increase in-store traffic through localized campaigns and build a scalable digital infrastructure to support internal operations—specifically around hiring and employee management. This effort required a combination of performance media, web development, and social engagement to drive action at every level of the organization.
We began by building a custom digital portal to streamline hiring and employee engagement across franchise locations. Designed for both new applicants and existing staff, the platform allowed users to apply, log in, access schedules, and manage essential onboarding documentation. Built with usability and scalability in mind, the system helped standardize processes and reduce administrative friction across dozens of franchise teams.
To drive in-store traffic, we deployed a localized social strategy tailored to individual franchise locations. Facebook promotions were created with exclusive, shareable offers and coupons that encouraged community engagement and incentivized foot traffic. These efforts were supported by a creative-led paid media campaign across Google’s Display Network and remarketing channels. Display ads featured custom creative and were strategically served to local, high-intent audiences—ensuring the brand stayed top of mind and continuously engaged potential customers across their journey.
